As the Human Resource Director of Royal Academy Higher Institute of Health Sciences(RAHIHS), she focuses on managing and developing the institution's most valuable asset- it's people. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Queen Mbua Grace is a dedicated mother, counselor, and motivator to everyone she interacts with. She currently serves as the National President for Queens For Peace International Cameroon(QPI) from 2012 till present date, with the vision of improving quality of life and health for the minority population.

As a midwife, educator, author, and reproductive health enthusiast, she is deeply passionate about reproductive health, maternal well-being, and child welfare. Anang serves as the Head of Department (HND) at the Royal Academic Higher Institute of Health Sciences, a prestigious institution committed to nurturing health science students who will revolutionize the fields of science and research with innovative ideas and evidence-based knowledge.

I am called Tanya Bertrand Tabi, Hail from The North West Region Of Cameroon. Am a Licence Critical Care Nurse/Nurse Instructor Serving as the Acting Dean of Royal Academy Higher Institute of Health Sciences. I am well-versed in assessing and addressing the health needs of diverse populations, implementing tasks , coordination and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality report.
During my tutoring/nursing career, I am adepted at handling emergency situations, remaining calm under pressure, and making sound decisions in critical moments.
